This thing is really fun, I like to use rock salt. The picture is the spread pattern of three shots on tinfoil.

Great camping toy, after the flies starting buzzing around while grilling burgers, this time we could fight back, my kids never put it down! Simple to use.

Fun and easy to shoot for my grandkids. There aren’t many bugs left around the place after the kids are finished.

Two notable kills so far, one in the garage and the other near the ceiling corner in the bathroom. Takes a bit of practice, but will deliver a powerful knock out shot.

Instructions on the Grip could be better, but it's not rocket science hooking it up. Well built and shoots hard for it's size. I took it to the golf course because the damn flies on the patio get on your food, and wow, silent but deadly. Flies were on the ground 6ft away, we were LOAO. This driver is staying in my golf bag!

Great slingshot that's basically modified to shoot salt at critters. Took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but now I can clear the table if a fly is buzzing around. Blasted a couple of flies while cooking salmon last weekend!

It was a dark and stormy night......wait... this a review about a fly swatter! Fly swatter? I can tell you this is a total kick-ass innovation from some kind of genius! Flies are a nuisance when crackin' a cold one or when I'm fishin' off the dock. Flies are a menace to society! My purchase was smooth as silk baby! Shipping was tracked effortlessly (I bought two, as should you.) and upon arrival my opinion of initial quality on any mail order product was forever changed. Honestly, I've saved the packaging because it's so well designed. Multi-dimensional and sturdy, every item is highlighted and presented clearly. The 'bar flies' are set as targets - just like real life! LOL! I'm serious about the first impression - total quality without even opening the box! Now I'm opening this incredible package...and the engineering of this whole set is just inspiring. You'll turn it left and right and upside down and then - click- you'll fully see that the packaging was just the teaser! The Salt Shot is refined every step of the way. Panels open, ports unlock, pistol grips firmly attach and the fun begins. I used mediterranean salt because I heard it's higher velocity than himalayan salt for my first eradication attempt of the nuisance beast! Left eye squinting, right eye focused - locked and loaded! SPLAT! I pinched, pulled and released a mediterranean stun grenade of death on that airborne bastard! Truly beginner's luck or was it superior fly swatter design? I think the latter. I sent the second one I bought to my friend in MD. I know they got flies big time! Good shooting! I am very happy with my 'The Salt Shot" purchase and will be sending this as gifts innumerously. Truth.

Lot's of fun. Love the practice flies, my son immediately got in on the action. All works great and is very sturdy.

Tough little gadget, shoots anything really. At the beach we loaded sand directly into the balloon pouch and saved the pink salt I got in trouble with my wife for using:) Still on my first pouch after plenty of shots.
